Dear Running Store Family and friends,

            It all started on December 10, 2006 while coming home from a coaching clinic in New Jersey.  As I was lamenting the fact with John Rock that there is no specialty running shoe store in western Prince William County, suddenly the light bulb went off!  I called my good friend and fellow track coach Jason Grant and exclaimed, "Let's open up a running shoe store."  After one year of planning, ups, downs, road blocks and hurdles, we opened the doors on Nov 16, 2007.

            This vision became a possibility only with the support of numerous friends and family.  Thank you!  Both Jason and myself are 100% committed to providing the absolute best in customer service.  Our store is more than simply a place that sells shoes.  We promote a healthy lifestyle combined with a ‘can-do' attitude.  We are proud to serve as your ‘headquarters' for running and walking in the county and surrounding areas.  Our mission is to provide runners and walkers of all abilities everything they need to make fitness a safe, enjoyable, routine part of their daily lives.
