Have you always wanted to run but aren’t sure how to get started; or are you returning to running after a long injury or lay off? If so, join us for our next Beginning Running Class! This program is a good bridge from walking to running. The program begins with a series of run/walk workouts and builds up to running an entire 5k race of your choice! Our next session begins Monday, April 4 and ends Wednesday, May 25.
